SERVICES | Personal Equity Investment Plan

This is an investment product that allows an individual to set aside an amount of money on a monthly basis to buy shares of companies listed on the Ghana Stock Exchnage.

 

The product allows the individual the opportunity to build up an investment portfolio over a particular time frame. The investment is done in the joint name of Prudential Stockbrokers Limited and the client.

 

The investment portfolio is built up for three (3) years after which the individual is given the option to instruct PSBL to do any of the following:

 

  • Convert the investment into Equity Portfolio Management
  • Transfer the shares into the individual’s name for his/her own management
  • Liquidate the portfolio and pay the proceeds to the client

 

Requirements

 

The client will have to complete the approriate application forms.

 

The client will also bring along one (1) passport-size photograph and a valid Personal Identification such as Passport, Driver’s License, National ID or Voter ID for a depository account to be opened for him/her.
